锂电池电源管理系统设计与实现

   

锂电池电源管理系统可以用在很多场合,尤其在嵌入式仪器仪表或手持设备内。合理、高效、安全的充放电管理是基本要求。另外,部分设备对放电参数有特殊要求。本设计在常用充放电及电源管理的基础上,提高放电参数。系统包括充放电管理电路、参数切换电路以及必要的管理核心处理器件。能够实现电量剩余显示、充电时间显示、放电方式切换等功能。
锂电池管理系统主要由充放电模块、数据采集模块(包括电压,电流)、均衡模块、电量计算模块、数据显示模块和存储通信模块组成。其中数据采集模块负责采集电池的各种状态参数,如电流、电压;充电控制模块按预充、恒流充电和恒压充电三个阶段进行自动充电,并根据采集的数据对充放电过程进行控制;均衡模块在适当的时候通过15W的开关电源对单个电池进行均衡充电,使电池组中的电池更加均衡一致;电量估测单元主要是分析采集过来的状态参数并根据研究试验得出的电量估测算法,对电池的当前电量进行估测;数据显示单元采用图文液晶显示屏,可显示各节电池电压,充放电电流,剩余电量和充电时间;存储通信单元通过存储芯片定时把充放电信息(电压,电流,充放电时间等)存储起来,可通过串口与电脑通信,在电脑上显示充放电信息。

Abstract

 
    Lithium battery power management system can be used in many occasions, especially in the embedded instrumentation or handheld device. Rational, efficient and safe charge and discharge management is an essential requirement. In addition, some of the equipment on the discharge parameters have special requirements. The design on the basis of common charging and discharging and power management, to raise the discharge parameters. System includes a charging and discharging management circuit, switching circuit parameters as well as necessary management processor core member. Surplus electricity can be achieved shows the charging time display, discharge mode switching and other functions.
    Lithium battery charge and discharge management system mainly consists of modules, data acquisition modules (including voltage, current), equalization module, power calculation module, data storage and display module communication module. Wherein the data acquisition module is responsible for collecting the various states of the battery parameters such as current, voltage; charging control module according to pre-charge, constant current charging and constant voltage charging three stages automatic charging, and according to the data collection process of charging and discharging control ; equalization module at the appropriate time by 15W switching power supply for a single battery balanced charging the battery pack in the battery more balanced agreement; power estimation unit is to analyze the status of the acquisition over the estimated parameters and test results according to the study of electricity calculation method, the current capacity of the battery will be estimated; data display unit with graphic LCD display, can display each cell voltage, charge and discharge current, the remaining capacity and charging time; storage communication unit via the memory chip timing of the charge and discharge information (voltage, current, charge and discharge time, etc.) is stored, via the serial port to communicate with the computer, the computer display charge and discharge information.
