摘要

近年来,随着科学技术的发展,穿戴式技术逐渐的走入了我们的生活。穿戴式医疗监护设备方面的研究也越来越多,但穿戴式心电监护方面的研究却并不多见,穿戴式心电监护设备在进入普通家庭用户的过程中还有一些亟待解决的问题。本课题针对传统心电采集设备的移动限制性以及佩戴的不舒适性,根据穿戴式的舒适性及使用的便携性特点,设计一种穿戴式心电信号采集系统,要求穿戴式心电信号动态监测方法操作简便、稳定可靠
本课题利用穿戴式技术、新型心电传感技术设计一种穿戴式心电信号采集系统,系统采用12心电标准导联采集模块进行穿戴式心电信号采集,数据可存于采集设备或经3G网络传输到服务器端,软件可对心电图进行初步病情分析,实现对佩戴人的心电监护。采用插入式电极和织物电极的结合提高采集穿戴式心电信号的质量,使用插入式织物电极的可穿戴式心电采集设备具有良好的舒适性,穿戴式心电信号波形的质量能够达到临床监控的要求。对穿戴式心电系统预处理电路方案进行了功能仿真, 对所设计的穿戴式心电信号采集电路进行了验证。

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of science and technology, wearable technology gradually into our lives. Study wearable medical monitoring equipment is also increasing, but the wearable ECG study areas are few and far, wearable ECG devices into the ordinary home user in the process there are some problems to be solved . The topic for mobile limiting conventional ECG acquisition device and discomfort to wear, according to the wearable comfort and portability features of use to design a wearable ECG data acquisition system that requires dynamic wearable ECG monitoring method is simple, stable and reliable.
The topic use of wearable technology, new ECG sensing technology to design a wearable ECG data acquisition system, the system uses a standard 12-lead ECG acquisition module wearable ECG acquisition, data can be stored in the device or through acquisition 3G transmission network to the server, the software can analyze ECG preliminary condition to realize the person wearing the ECG. Using a combination of plug-in electrodes and electrodes to improve fabric quality wearable ECG collection, the use of plug-in fabric electrode wearable ECG acquisition device has a good comfort, quality wearable ECG waveform can reach clinical monitoring requirements. Wearable ECG system for pre-processing circuit arrangement for functional simulation for the design of wearable ECG acquisition circuit verified.
