基于PLC的工业排水处理系统设计

 

    目前,在我国大多数污水处理控制系统自动化水平不高、安全性低、管理不当,效率普遍低于世界标准。污水处理控制系统的数据通信、曝气过程的控制和管理是要解决的重要问题。我国的污水处理控制系统相对落后,这就导致了处理成本高,经污水厂处理过的污水出水水质不稳定。因此,建立高效的自动控制系统、减少运行费用、优化运行效果,具有重要意义。PLC控制器以其成熟的技术、可靠性、通用性、抗干扰能力强、易维护、高性价比等优势在工业控制中得到越来越多的应用。
本文首先介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程,控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤,来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。先根据污水处理要求设计了设备的电器控制与自动控制线路,主要包括设备的启停、状态信号故障信号、和信号采集等,最后按照工艺要求设计PLC控制系统,其中包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置以及按照污水处理工艺编制PLC程序。

Abstract

At present, the majority of our sewage treatment control system automation level is not high, low security, mismanagement, efficiency is generally lower than world standards. Data communication, control and management of aeration sewage treatment process control system is an important problem to be solved. Our sewage treatment control system is relatively backward, which leads to high processing costs, unstable by the wastewater treatment plant treated sewage effluent quality. Therefore, the establishment of efficient automatic control system to reduce operating costs, optimize the operating results of great significance. PLC controller with its mature technology, reliability, versatility, and strong anti-interference ability, easy maintenance, high cost and other advantages more and more applications in industrial control.
This paper introduces the PLC-based control system of sewage treatment technology and related processes, controls the basic principles and steps of system hardware architecture and design, working principle and the design of PLC control system to illustrate PLC in sewage treatment process. According to the design requirements for sewage treatment electrical control equipment and automatic control circuit, including start and stop, status signal failure signal, and the signal acquisition equipment, etc. Finally, in accordance with the requirements of the process design PLC control system, including PLC selection system allocation of resources and the development of PLC programs in accordance with the sewage treatment process.
