依据电压差和频率差在允许范围内,跟踪相位差,预测最佳合闸角,在导前时间,发出合闸命令,瞬间发电机和待井系统的相位差为0,实现发电机同期并网。采用PIC16F77单片机进行控制,设计一种准同期控制器,通过电压和频率参数调节(升压降压和升速降速)达到相位差寻优并合闸。
使用准同期控制器,可以有效防止冲击电流,防止机组受损,提高并网的速度和精度,它可靠的性能,强大的功能,将给水力发电带来更多经济效益。

Abstract
According to the voltage difference and frequency difference within the scope of the permit, tracking phase, predict optimum switch Angle, time in front of the guide, a switching command, instant generators and stay well system of phase is 0, realize the generator interconnection. Using PIC16F77 single-chip microcomputer to control, design a kind of penecontemporaneous controller, through the voltage and frequency parameter adjustment (step-up step-down and rise the downhill speed) to achieve phase optimization and closing.
Using penecontemporaneous controller, can effectively prevent impact current, prevent damage, improve the speed and precision of the grid, its reliable performance, strong function, will bring more economic benefits to hydropower.
