集成运算放大器参数测试电路的设计
摘要:本文介绍的是一种集成运算放大器参数的测试系统,自动化和高精确度是这个系统的两大目标。本系统通过选用单片机作为主控制器,能够对集成运算放大器输入失调电压、输入失调电流、差模开环电压增益和共模抑制比进行测量,实现了直流参数的自动测量,并且测量完成时能够通过数码管显示出来。该系统充分利用了软件编写的灵活性,使测量实现了智能化,而且电路简单操作方便,且测量精度较高。本系统还能在测量出错时实现报警功能,然后通过单片机的复位键来初始化系统。本系统是一个独立的系统,它只能对通用型集成运算放大器进行测量,虽说有一定的局限性,但还是能够给我们的学习和工作带来很大的便利。

Abstract: This article describes an integrated operational amplifier parametric test systems, automation and high accuracy are the two main goals of the system. The system chosen by the microcontroller as the main controller, capable of integrated operational amplifier input offset voltage, input offset current, differential mode open loop voltage gain and common mode rejection ratio is measured to achieve the automatic measuring DC parameters, and the measurement is completed when possible through digital tube display. The system takes full advantage of the flexibility of the software written, the measurement to achieve an intelligent, simple and easy circuit, and the high measurement accuracy. The system also enables the measurement error alarm function, and then through the microcontroller to initialize the system reset button. This system is an independent system, it can only universal integrated operational amplifier measurements, although there are some limitations, but still able to give us to learn and work to bring great convenience.
