摘要:本文论述了石墨烯电化学和生物传感器的研究进展,包括石墨烯的直接电化学基础、石墨烯对生物小分子的电催化活性、石墨烯酶传感器、基于石墨烯薄膜和石墨烯纳米带的实用气体传感器(可检测o2、co和no2)、石墨烯dna传感器和石墨烯医药传感器(可用于检测扑热息痛)。

因此,在电化学领域,石墨烯就有了大展身手的机会。石墨烯在电化学传感器上的应用有以下优点:体积小,表面积大;灵敏度高;响应时间快;电子传递快;易于固定蛋白质并保持其活性;减少表面污染的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the research progress of graphene electrochemistry and biosensors is reviewed. These include the direct electrochemical basis of graphene, the electrocatalytic activity of graphene to small biomolecules, graphene enzyme sensors, and practical gas sensors based on graphene films and graphene nanoribbons (can be used to detect O2, co and no2). , graphene dna sensors and graphene pharmaceutical sensors (can be used to detect paracetamol).

The applications of graphene in electrochemical sensors have the following advantages: small size, large surface area, high sensitivity, fast response time, fast electron transfer, and high sensitivity in the field of electrochemistry, the application of graphene in electrochemical sensors has the following advantages: small size, large surface area, high sensitivity, fast response time, fast electron transfer, and so on. It is easy to immobilize proteins and keep them active; reduces the effects of surface contamination.
