    机油泵是液压辅助转向系统的动力源。本文在分析跃进牌汽车机油泵综合性能技术的基础上,根据机油泵的试验标准,,对试验台的测试液压油路进行设计,设计出能够自动完成机油泵型式试验和出厂试验的检测系统的试验台。
    跃进牌汽车机油泵试验台液压部分主要采用电液比例阀技术对机油泵加载,实现了压力和流量等性能和参数的校正,设计出符合适应实际需求的机油泵试验台,本文重点对电液比例技术进行介绍和分析,并将其主要功能运用在设计之中。
    最后,以跃进牌汽车机油泵为试验对象,进行了油压、流量测试试验,并根据相关标准,检测结果是否满足技术要求,试验数据表明:试验台达到了预期目标。

Abstract
    The oil pump is the power source of the hydraulic assisted steering system. Based on the analysis of the comprehensive performance technology of Yuejin brand automobile oil pump, this paper designs the hydraulic circuit of the test bed according to the test standard of the oil pump, and designs the inspection system which can finish the oil pump type test and the factory test automatically Test Bench.
     The hydraulic part of the Yuejin brand automobile oil pump test bench mainly adopts the electro-hydraulic proportional valve technology to load the oil pump to realize the correction of the pressure and flow performance and parameters, and designs the oil pump test bed which meets the actual demand. This paper focuses on the electro-hydraulic Scale technology to introduce and analyze, and its main function used in the design.
     Finally, the oil and oil flow test was carried out with the Yuejin brand automobile oil pump as the test object. According to the relevant standards, the test results meet the technical requirements. The test data show that the test bed has achieved the expected target.
