冷却系统对于平模设计的经济性和操作性极为重要,在工程系统中,尤其是在平模设计方面保持着非常重要的地位。缺乏工程性的原因或许是在成型过程中的温度分布与流体相关的缺陷相比不明显。冷却系统的不合理设计通常导致两种不期望的结果。其一,冷却和成型周期比预期的要长。其二,贯穿平模的温度梯度明显升高,会导致成型制品的收缩和翘曲变形,还有就是温度升高后会影响结构刚性,就是热硬性受到挑战,因为在成型过程中受力很大,放出的热量非常大,对成型秸秆甚至会直接碳化。为了能够有效地进行操作,冷却系统必须仔细设计,以在不增加成本或复杂程度的情况下控制贯穿平模的热流,并要保持平模的温度恒定。本文就玉米秸秆成型机的冷却系统进行研究设计,通过建立数学模型的方法,设计冷却系统的各个部分,包括对散热器的设计,系统内外管路的设计计算,水泵、冷却风扇、电机的计算选型等。
