近年来城市生活垃圾的成分发生了很大变化,主要特点是垃圾密度降低,可压缩性增加,另一方面,近郊可用来填埋垃圾的场地越来越少,人们不得不考虑在远郊建立垃圾处理场所,运输费用占垃圾处理费用的比例较高,垃圾压缩转运可以很好地解决垃圾运输中的亏载问题,更有效地提高垃圾运载效率,降低垃圾转运频率,节省垃圾运输费用,改善交通拥挤状况和消除清运中的二次污染等,是城市生活垃圾集运的发展方向。本文对生活移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统进行了分析总结,在此基础上对所有方案进行选择,结合设计目标最终确定移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统为较优方案。针对移动式垃圾压缩站控制系统的功能特点,本文对其各大功能模块进行具体分析设计及校核,并对所需液压系统元件进行了详细设计,并研究了中转站所需的液压系统和电气控制系统。
