本次设计是基于PLC喷泉系统控制设计,先按下启动按钮,旁边的两个小喷头就开始喷水,同时第一层的喷头也开始喷水,延时3s后,第二层的喷头开始喷水,延时3s后,第三层的喷头开始喷水,延时3s后,第四层的喷头开始喷水。延时3s后,第一层和第二层的喷头开始喷水,延时5s后,第三层和第四层的喷头开始喷水,延时5s后,第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层的喷头都开始喷水,延时4s后,第一层的喷头停喷,延时5s后,第二层的喷头停喷,延时5s后,第三层的喷头停喷,延时5s后。由此进行一个小循环系统:第一层和第三层的喷头开始喷水,延时8s后,第一层和第三层的喷头开始喷水,如此循环3次。再重新开始重复上述动作,直至拨下启动按钮,结束完一个程序,所有的喷头都停止工作。

1先设计喷泉的外景示意图,然后画出它的原理图,接着开始对硬件和程序进行设计。

2)硬件设计:首先根据喷泉的要求选择合适的PLC和水泵,然后对输入输出端子地址进行合理的分配,通过CAD画出PLC接线图,设计并制作出相应的控制电路。

3)系统程序设计:包括设计出合理的流程图和梯形图以及语句表通过编写软件来仿真要达到的效果。利用MCGS组态软件对工程进行建立和变量的定义,最后对的动画进行连接调试。首先启动GX Developer打开编辑好的程序进行仿真,经过运行测试,组态监控软件对可控制系统的动作过程进行有效监控,PLC程序达到了本次设计控制的要求。

ABSTRACT

This design is based on the PLC fountain system control design, first pressing the start button, next to the two small nozzle began to spray water, while the first layer of sprinkler also began to spray water, after the delay of 3 seconds, the second layer of nozzle began to spray water, after the delay of 3 seconds, The third layer starts spraying water. After 3 s delay, the fourth layer starts to spray water. After a delay of 3 s, the first and second layer sprinklers began to spray water. After the delay of 5 seconds, the third and fourth layers began to spray water. After the delay of 5 seconds, the first, second, third, and fourth layers began to spray water. After the delay of 4 seconds, The spray head of the first layer stops spraying, after the delay is 5 seconds, the first The spray head of the second layer stops the spray, the delay of 5 s, the third layer of the nozzle stop the spray, the delay of 5 s. A small cycle system is developed: the first and third layers of the nozzle begin to spray water, and after the delay of 8 seconds, the first and third layers of the nozzle begin to spray water, so the cycle three times. Repeat the action again until you dial the start button to finish a program and all sprinklers stop working.

First, design the schematic diagram of the fountain, then draw its schematic, then begin to design the hardware and program.

Hardware design: firstly, according to the requirements of the fountain, the proper PLC and water pump are selected, then the addresses of the input and output terminals are allocated reasonably, and the PLC wiring diagram is drawn through CAD, and the corresponding control circuit is designed and made.

3) system programming: including designing reasonable flow chart, trapezoid diagram and statement table to simulate the effect by writing software. The MCGS configuration software is used to build the project and define the variables. Finally, the animation is connected and debugged. Firstly, the GX Developer program is opened and edited for simulation. After running and testing, the configuration monitoring software can effectively monitor and control the operation process of the controllable system, which meets the requirements of the design and control.
