新疆第三师51团土地违法成因分析
摘要：本文首先介绍了第三师51团概况，对其土地违法现状进行了简单的描述。然后通过典型案例分析了当地土地违法的表现，并且从法律制度、管理体制、相关政策、经济发展等方面对土地违法的成因进行了深入的分析。最后根据土地违法的成因分析提出了几点建议和意见，为第三师51团土地管理工作提供了有价值的参考和决策依据。

Study on the cause of illegal lang using in The＇three division fifty-one regiment

Abstract：This paper first introduces the agrice fifty-one regiment Overview,It has a simple description of Its illegal status quo of land. Then we analyses the problems in the local illegal land use cases processed by cases. And we conducted in-depth analysis of the causes of illegal land from the legal system, management system, policy, economic development, illegal land use impacts. Finally, according to the causes of illegal land,we propose several substantive recommendations. Land management for the agrice The＇three division fifty-one regiment pipes at work provides a valuable reference and basis for decision making.
