燃气轮机燃烧室是燃气轮机中使喷入的燃料与从压气机来的高压空气混合燃烧从而形成高温燃气的设备。通常,它是用钢板和高温合金板料制成的。为了适应燃气轮机轻小的等点,燃烧室的尺寸都设计得比较紧凑,一般它在单位时间和单位体积内能够燃烧释放出比常压锅炉大 10~300倍的热量,因而燃烧过程是在高热强度、高速流动的连续气流中进行的。此外,由于进入燃气透平的燃气初温的限制,供给燃烧室的空气流量与燃料流量的比值总是比理论燃烧条件下的配比关系大得多,而且气流的温度、压力和流速都随燃气轮机负荷的改变而发生较大幅度的变化,有时还要求同一个燃烧室能够兼烧多种燃料。这些特点使得燃烧过程甚难组织,为此必须采取特殊措施。否则,燃烧室会被烧坏,火焰容易被吹灭,燃料不能完全燃烧,火焰会伸得过长而烧毁燃气透平。
 通过对燃气轮机的结构和原理的分析,了解燃气轮机的总体结构和内部的热力循环。燃气轮机热力系统总体方案设计,确保方案合理。撰写对应的说明书和CAD设计图

ABSTRACT
