通过分析LED对日益严峻的能源危机和发展迅速的汽车产业产生的影响,提出了基于单片机的LED汽车照明控制系统的方案。本次设计包括了电源模块设计、传感器模块设计、控制模块设计、驱动模块设计和灯光模块设计共五个部分。本次设计的核心功能是依据外界的光线强度来自动调整前照灯的亮度。在供电正常的情况下,传感器将采集的光照强度信息传送给单片机,信息经过单片机处理后直接送往驱动模块,然后再驱动LED工作。此设计的优点在于使用的单片机能够自己编程实现智能控制;驱动模块能够在汽车在电源不稳定的情况下使灯光模块的驱动电流恒定,防止电流对LED造成损害;灯光模块使用的是LED,其优点是发光效率高、启动性好、反应速度快、能耗低、寿命长等。在设计中使用软件对系统进行了仿真,证明了在外界光照强度变化的情况下控制模块的输出信号会随着改变,PWM信号传送给驱动模块后驱动电流也跟着改变,证实了此设计的可行性。

ABSTRACT

 
Through the analysis of the severe LED energy crisis and the rapid development of the auto industry, the impact is put forward based on the single chip microcomputer LED lighting control system scheme of the car. This design including the power module design, sensor module design, control module design, driving module design and light module design of five parts. The design is based on the core function of external light intensity to automatically adjust light intensity. Under normal operation of the power supply, the sensor will acquisition of the intensity information transfer to the microcontroller, single chip after processing information directly to the driver modules, and then drive LED work. This design is to use the advantages of the single chip microcomputer to make their own programming realize intelligent control; Driver module cannot stable power supply in car in the light of the module drive current constant, prevent the current for LED cause damage; Light module USES is LED, its advantage is high luminous efficiency, start the gender is good, reaction speed, low energy consumption, long life and so on. In the design of the system software used in the simulation, the proof in the outside world light intensity change control module as the output signal of change, PWM signals to drive after module drive current also follow change, confirmed the feasibility of this design.
