随着人们生活水平的进一步提高,人们对娱乐消费类电子产品的需求欲望亦日渐高涨,音响设备几乎每进入了每一个家庭,音箱面壳的制造技术也在蓬勃发展。音箱面壳零件为小型家用电器组件,在日常生活经常接触到,它要求具有阻燃性、高质量、环保等基本特性,同时还要求方便拆装、外观精美等优点。它的制造使用注塑成型的方法完成,注塑机将熔融塑料注入模具型腔,冷却成型。通过查阅相关书籍,整理资料,可以将音箱面壳模具设计过程主要分为方案设计、数据计算、三维造型,模拟仿真这四个步骤。借助CAD设计软件中塑料模具制造功能,可以用较短的设计周期来完成模具的设计,减少材料的浪费和人员工作的重复,具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract

Speaker case parts for small household appliances, in daily life often come into contact with, it requires a flame retardant, high quality, environmental protection and other basic features, but also requires easy disassembly, the appearance of fine and so on. It is manufactured using injection molding method to complete, injection molding machine will melt plastic into the mold cavity, cooling molding. By reviewing the relevant books and collating the data, the design process of the speaker shell mold can be divided into four steps: program design, data calculation, 3D modeling and simulation. With the CAD design software in the plastic mold manufacturing function, you can use a shorter design cycle to complete the mold design, reduce material waste and staff work repetition, is of great significance.
