冲压加工作为一种高效、节能,高材料利用率的加工方法在现代工业制造中得到了广泛的应用。冲压技术水平的高低,已在相当程度上决定了企业的生产能力和在总体行业中的地位。因此,细化而深入研究冲压加工中的各类技术问题,已是现代冲压制造业共同的要求。
拉深加工是薄板料常见的冲压加工方法之一,板料通过模具作用,经塑性变形后,最后获得制品所需要的形状和尺寸。拉深过程中,板料产生塑性变形,材料被转移和重新分布,内部的应力和应变十分复杂,导致拉深过程中的状态难以精确控制。
本文通过对汽车灯具用类抛物面反射镜冲孔工艺的设置及模具结构进行设计,反射镜为中等批量生产零件,要求对反射镜底部侧边对冲两个孔,加工工序主要为冲裁落料。本文主要设计了汽车前大灯,对于前大灯的拉深形成做出了相应的设计,利用CrWMn制造成功,并对它进行了一系列热处理。

ABSTRACT

Stamping processing as a high efficiency, energy saving, high material utilization processing methods in modern industrial manufacturing has been widely used. Stamping technology level, has been to a certain extent determine the production capacity of enterprises and in the overall industry status. Therefore, the refinement and in-depth study of various types of stamping processing technology, is the common requirements of modern stamping manufacturing.
Deep drawing is one of the common stamping methods of sheet metal. The sheet is formed by the mold, and then the shape and size of the product are obtained after plastic deformation. During the drawing process, the sheet material is plastically deformed, the material is transferred and redistributed, and the internal stress and strain are very complicated, resulting in difficult control of the state in the drawing process.
In this paper, the design of the punching process of the parabolic reflector for the automobile lamp and the design of the mold structure are carried out. The reflector is a medium mass production part, which requires two holes to be pierced at the bottom side of the mirror. The processing steps are mainly blanking. This paper mainly designed the car headlamps, the headlamps for the formation of the corresponding design, the use of CrWMn manufacturing success, and it carried out a series of heat treatment.
