第二节 总体结构
YZ12型压路机充分利用其振动轮的振动将路面压实,使其具有足够的承载能力,并且减少渗水。YZ12振动压路机采用液压控制的双轮驱动,单钢轮自行式结构。
本机包括振动轮和机身两部分,通过中心绞架将两部分铰接在一起。本机采用铰接式转向以提高其机动性能。振动论部分包括振动轮总成,前车架总成(包括刮泥板)等部件。振动轮内的偏心轴通过弹性联轴器与振动马达相连,由液压泵组中的振动泵给振动马达供应高压油带动偏心轴旋转产生强大的激振力。振动频率和振幅可以通过液压系统的控制进行调整以满足不同工况的要求。
此外振动轮还具有行走的功能。由液压泵组中的行驶泵输出的高压油驱动振动轮左边的液压马达旋转,从而驱动振动轮行驶。

第三节 液压系统

第五节 振动论总成

四 减振块 为了减轻振动对机架的影响,在振动轮和前车架之间安装有橡胶减振块。
五 振动轮驱动马达和减速器 振动轮驱动马达,减速器和车架一起固定于前车架上,减速器的输出盘连接在梅花板上,动力由马达输出传到减速器,再传到梅花板,梅花板再传到振动轮,驱动振动轮旋转。

第六节 转向系统
转向系统转向采用铰接转向,主要由转向齿轮泵、液压转向齿轮、两个转向油缸,油压管等部件组成。液压转向系统安装在后车架上,通过转向油缸控制车辆转向。
第七节 刹车系统
刹车系统以确保压路机在工作和行走时的安全,YZ18C型压路机装配有行车制动,停车制动和紧急制动三种。
一 行车制动 行车制动依靠液压制动。通过扳动操纵杆实现液压制动。操纵杆控制的控制阀门归位,马达驱动泵提供动能为零,压路机停止前进。
二 停车制动和紧急制动 当压路机在行驶或者工作时,后桥和前驱动减速器阀门与常闭式制动片都开启,不起制动作用。当压路机停止时,制动片依靠制动弹簧锁紧,处于制动状态。当紧急制动按钮按下后,驱动泵斜盘直接归零并且液压制动;与此同时,齿轮箱和后桥制动也立刻起到前期制动效果。
后记:当情况紧急不得不采用紧急制动的时候,尤其是在高速行驶的时候。
第八节 车架
车架是由中心车架,铰接车架和前车架三部分组成的。这三部分组合成一个整体共同支撑着机器的上部结构。
一 前车架由刮泥板总成、前框板、后框板、两块侧板等组成。它的主要功用是支撑振动 轮总成。前车架为典型的方框结构,采用高强度钢板组合而成,具有足够的强度和刚度抵 抗压路机工作时的强冲击力和扭矩。刮泥板用以刮下粘在振动轮上的泥土。刮泥板前端与 振动轮外圆表面的间隙可以调节。
二 后车架
后车架由燃油箱、防滚翻保护架、液压油箱、液压油箱支架、覆盖件、框架等组成。后车架最主要的作用是支撑发动机和驾驶室,固定后车桥。后车架为一长方形状,前面是和中心铰接架连接的立轴和挡板,后面是燃油箱总成,中间是槽钢架。为了保证其强度,薄弱部位采用加强肋加强,而且槽钢用封板封成箱型梁结构。螺栓和后桥总成刚性连接底部后桥支板。为了减小振动产生的影响,发动机和后车架之间设有弹性减震块,同时又可方便将发动机调整到水平位置。
三 中心铰接架
中心铰接架由铰接架、轴端挡板、球形轴承等组成。由它将前后车架铰接在一起,可以实现驾驶室与前车架之间的转换。通过对燃油箱控制的延伸来实现对转向角的控制。机架水平悬挂在前后车架之间,不超过± 15 °的倾斜角,这样压路机可以稳定的在不平坦的人行道上进行压实作业。为了便于维修,球型轴承采用滚珠轴承。
第九节 驾驶室和操控系统

第十节 电气系统
电力系统包括电池,直流马达,三相交流发电机,光电设备,监控设备,安全部件,声光报警设备。电气部件采用进口的著名国际品牌。系统电压为24V,负极接地,采用单线系统。仪表,仪表操纵版,灯具,和其他的配置都达到国内先进水平。
第十一节 安全防护装置
YZ12振动压路机有成套的安全装置,设有防滚翻保护装置(ROPS)

Z覆盖件开启自动保护装置:当覆盖件在手动液压泵作用下向上开启时,安全防护 装置能防止覆盖件意外下落,当维护结束要降下覆盖件前,将手动液压泵上方的 软轴操纵器拉出,覆盖件能在油泵作用下由油缸将之拉下,覆盖件闭合后将软轴 操纵器推进去。(注意事项:降下覆盖件前必须将软轴操纵器拉出。)
第十二节 压路机操作安全规程
Z 尽量不要在静止时实施振动,不允许在坚硬的地面上进行振动,以免损坏机器。
Z 不允许压路机在超过其允许爬坡度的坡道上行驶。
Z 在泥泞道路上,虽坡道的坡度小于允许的爬坡度,但没有防滑措施时,不得使用 本机。
Z 在地面不够坚实或有坑穴时,不得使用本机。在沟渠或斜坡的边缘,亦不得使用 本机。
Z 夜间行驶和施工应开启前后大灯照明。
Z 在雨天工作时,为保证能见度,请使用前后雨刮。
Z 为避免意外翻车,在斜坡边工作时,不要突然转向。
Z在雨天,应尽量避免在斜坡边进行振动压实作业。因振动会增加向两边滑行的危 险。
Z 压路机在开启覆盖件进行维护时,请注意头部安全。
第十三节 运输和卸载安全要求
一般情况下,压路机不的长途高速行驶。远距离(30公里以上)转移工地时,需用托运机具装运。
一 运输 无论是公路还是铁路运输,压路机选择时必须有适量的运输器械和载荷能力。运输,前后车架由安全铰链连接在一起,并且采取必要的措施防止压路机滑移和滚翻。
二 卸载 当压路机装卸时,装卸工具必须有充足的装载能力。当用缆车装卸压路机时,当用挂钩吊起压路机时必须将中央铰接车架固定,以确保压路机在吊起时保持平稳。
