年产三万吨间苯二胺生产工艺的设计
摘 要
本设计通过对间苯二胺的市场需求的调查和对中国间苯二胺经济规模的分析确定出本设计的年生产能力。研究了催化加氢法生产间苯二胺的原理过程和详细的工艺流程过程、通过计算确定精馏塔的工艺条件、精馏段物料衡算和能量衡算，并对间苯二胺行业做了展望，通过分析规划出厂房布局。

Abstract
This paper was design to determine the annual production capacity by the survey of market demand and the analysis of economic scale of China's 1,3-Diaminobenzene. Besides, the catalytic hydrogenation of ammonia on the principle of the 1,3-Diaminobenzene process and detailed process flow process was also studied, then we determined the conditions, ammonia brine carbonation of the material balance and energy balance of the distillation of calcium by calculating, and at last done a 1,3-Diaminobenzene industry outlook and planning to plant layout through analysis.
