基于Web的医院预约挂号系统的设计与实现

本课题的主要研究的内容是运用Java语言、MySQL数据库。本系统的功能主要包括两块,前台用户操作及后台管理。各个功能的具体描述如下:
1.专家查询:通过这个功能可以预览到每一个专家的简介及所属科室,从而方便患者了解专家方便具体预约。患者可以从主页选择科室预览界面,点开后会有医院所有的科室信息,点开单一科室会出现科室内各个专家信息。
2.用户注册与信息修改:用户可以在系统上进行注册,并自主修改基本个人休息,如:姓名、性别、出生年月、身份证号、E-mail地址、电话号码等。患者从主页可以选择登陆或者注册,选择注册时,进入注册界面需要设置自己的用户名密码,每个患者注册时身份证号和手机号是必须输入的,不然无法完成注册。当患者想预约挂号时必须要先注册登录自己的帐号,不然无法预约挂号。
3.留言:提供互动留言平台供用户进行交流与互动。患者登录帐号之后可以在主页选择留言咨询,进入可以留下你的问题,患者可以选择平台答复或者短信答复。
4.系统后台管理:系统管理员通过后台主要进行科室管理专家信息发布删除管理,公告回复管理,用户信息管理,专家寻诊号发布更新记录管理。
预约专家与挂号:用户登录系统之后,可以让患者查看最近5个工作日,每天每个科室专家的剩余挂号数,当患者预约一个专家的寻诊号,从而这个专家当日可预约号数会有所减少。单个身份证号同一天只能预约一次同科室同专家,不同科室可以预约最多5个寻诊号,以防黄牛倒卖医院寻诊号。患者登录之后可以进入预约挂号借面,点开后有类似专家咨询页面一样的各各科室,不同的是进入科室借面之后是每个专家的近5个工作日的出诊时间,患者可以选择具体某天上午或者下午然后点击预约。
